How it started  

We started in 2011 to help multi-site companies see and understand their properties. Project managers were trying to run stores and projects from offices, often without ever visiting the locations. We built tools to give them clear, visual insight into every site.

Early on, we created our own camera systems and worked with brands like Lowe’s and Target. With better property data Target was able to go from remodeling a handful of stores each year to hundreds.

In 2019, we became Immersion Data Solutions LLC and shifted from one-off projects to a scalable platform for multi-site owners. In the fall of 2025 we launched Phygi, a property technology platform.
